Job Title: Benne Dosa Master Chef - Gurugram

Responsibilities:
Prepare authentic Benne Dosas and other South Indian breakfast specialities with consistent taste, texture, and presentation.
Prepare fresh dosa batter, chutneys, sambar, and accompaniments following standardized recipes.
Maintain high speed and efficiency during breakfast, lunch, and peak service hours without compromising quality.
Ensure proper preparation, storage, and handling of ingredients while minimising wastage.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards across the dosa station and kitchen.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the kitchen team for timely replenishment of ingredients.
Maintain and operate dosa tawas and kitchen equipment efficiently.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth day to day operations.
Train and guide junior kitchen staff on authentic South Indian cooking techniques and best practices.
Maintain consistency in every dish served while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements:




Minimum 2 years of experience as a Benne Dosa Master, Dosa Chef, or South Indian Chef in a professional kitchen.
Solid expertise in authentic Karnataka style Benne Dosa preparation.
Hands on experience in preparing fresh batter, chutneys, sambar, and other South Indian accompaniments.
Ability to handle high volume service while maintaining speed and consistency.
Good understanding of food hygiene, kitchen safety, and sanitation standards.
Disciplined, hardworking, and passionate about traditional South Indian cuisine.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
