Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
Source IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
Conduct initial HR and technical screening interviews.

Recruitment Operations
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
Negotiate compensation, rates, and offer details.
Maintain recruitment data in ATS and internal systems.

Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with client and company hiring policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1 to 5+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Strong knowledge of IT technologies, skills, and terminology.
Experience with job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.




Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models.
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.

Preferred Skills
Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java,.NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, and ERP platforms.
Knowledge of US tax terms, visas (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT), and employment regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
