We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our international tax preparation team. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone looking to build a career in finance and international business operations. You will be a vital link between our teams in India and the United States, ensuring that tax data is processed accurately and efficiently during the busy US tax season.

Key Responsibilities
Accurate Data Entry: Inputting financial information and tax data into specialized software with high precision.
International Collaboration: Coordinating daily with team members in both India and the US to ensure a seamless workflow.
Client Interaction: Communicating directly with English-speaking clients to clarify information or request missing documentation.
Quality Control: Using critical thinking to identify discrepancies or errors in financial documents before they are processed.
Documentation: Maintaining organized digital records of all client communications and data entries.

Required Skills & Qualifications
English Proficiency:



Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken) with the confidence to speak directly with US-based clients.
Technical Literacy: Strong experience with computers, including quick and accurate typing skills and familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Critical Thinking: The ability to look beyond the numbers, spot patterns, and solve problems independently.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills for working within a diverse, global team workplace.

Work Schedule
This role follows the US Tax Calendar and work times_
MANDATORY Night Shift. Working hours are approximately 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
