Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Explain our products/services to potential clients.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Answer customer queries professionally.
Maintain call records and update the CRM/sales tracker.
Coordinate with the internal team for customer support and onboarding.
Achieve daily and monthly follow-up targets.

Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or a similar role.
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
Punjabi language proficiency is preferred.:




Confident in handling customer conversations over calls.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Laptop and stable internet connection are required.
