Core Responsibilities
Patient Consultation: Listen to patient concerns regarding skin, hair, and body, then guide them through suitable clinical and aesthetic procedures.
Lead Conversion: Convert inquiries and walk-in leads into booked treatment packages and recurring services.
Product Recommendations: Pitch and upsell dermatologist-recommended skincare products and treatment maintenance routines.
Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships, ensuring a comfortable, supportive, and satisfying patient journey.
Doctor Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with dermatologists and therapists to communicate proposed treatment plans and patient expectations.
Follow-ups & Outreach: Manage inbound inquiries and perform outbound follow-ups with existing clients for renewals and post-treatment care.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain patient records, track treatment plans, and manage sales reports and metrics.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream. Certifications in sales, marketing, or cosmetology/nursing are highly beneficial.
Experience: 1 to 5 years of proven sales and counseling experience, ideally within a dermatology, cosmetology, or premium wellness setup.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication abilities, high empathy, and a highly driven, ethical approach to sales.
Knowledge: Foundational understanding of skin/hair conditions, aesthetic procedures (e.g., laser hair reduction, anti-aging therapies), and EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems
