Role & responsibilities
Plan and monitor daily production status for CNC machining orders across Unimake Works in-house facility and approved vendor network
Coordinate job allocation: decide which components should be assigned to which manufacturing partner based on capacity, capability, delivery date, and priority
Follow up with vendors and internal teams to ensure production starts on time
Verify raw-material availability and delivery before production begins
Track production progress, identify delays early, and escalate risks to the Founder/Operations team
Maintain daily production-planning reports, order trackers, vendor status, and expected delivery dates in Excel
Coordinate with sourcing, quality, dispatch, and client-facing teams for smooth order execution
Ensure no capable vendor/manufacturer remains idle when pending work is available
Support onboarding and documentation of new vendors and clients
Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and internal teams by phone, WhatsApp, and email





Preferred candidate profile
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred
02 years of experience in Production Planning, PPC, Manufacturing Operations, Vendor Development, Procurement, or CNC machining
Freshers with solid interest in CNC manufacturing and production coordination are welcome
Basic understanding of CNC machining, production processes, raw materials, and manufacturing drawings is preferred
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, including trackers, filters, and daily reporting
Strong follow-up, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Able to work in a fast-moving startup setting and take ownership of delivery timelines
Fluent or comfortable in Telugu, Hindi, and basic professional English
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred
Must be willing to work from Hyderabad
