Role & responsibilities
Manage day-to-day Plant HR operations and employee relations.
Handle manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement.
Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs and HR documentation.
Coordinate training, performance management and statutory compliance.
Handle contract labour and workforce-related activities.
Support employee grievance handling and maintain a positive work workplace.
Prepare HR reports, MIS and support plant-level HR initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile Candidates with MHRM/MSW/MBA (HR) qualification and a robust interest in Plant HR / Industrial Relations are preferred.
