About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
Create, shoot, and edit engaging Instagram Reels, Stories, and short-form video content for advertising campaigns.
Develop high-converting ad creatives, captions, and marketing copies for paid campaigns.
Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create visually appealing ad creatives and promotional content.
Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPM, CPA, and ROAS.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
Track campaign budgets and optimize ad spending for maximum return on investment.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, Meta Ads updates, and social media trends.
Maintain campaign reports, performance dashboards, and marketing documentation.
Generate creative ideas for promotional campaigns and contribute to brand awareness initiatives through organic and paid content.





Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Applications, or any relevant discipline (or final-year students).
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Eagerness to learn paid advertising platforms.
Ability to work in a quick-paced startup environment.
Robust attention to detail and willingness to learn

Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Familiarity with Instagram Reels, social media trends, and short-form video content.
Ability to shoot, edit, and publish engaging Reels using tools such as CapCut, VN Editor, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
Basic understanding of Google Analytics (GA4) and campaign performance tracking.
Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other creati
