Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily branch operations.
Supervise and develop the team for maximum productivity.
Ensure outstanding client experience from inquiry to delivery.
Monitor KPIs, targets, and branch performance.
Resolve client and team escalations effectively.
Recruit, train, and evaluate team members.
Coordinate with sales, editing, and production teams.
Implement and improve SOPs and workflows.
Prepare performance reports and maintain operational records.
Drive business growth and ensure profitability.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
