Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD.
Modify and update drawings based on client feedback and project requirements.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy.
Review drawings for quality, completeness, and compliance with applicable standards.
Maintain organized project documentation and drawing records.
Assist in preparing presentation drawings and construction documentation.
Ensure timely delivery of assigned drafting tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
Follow company CAD standards and best practices.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting is mandatory; 3D knowledge is an advantage).




Valuable understanding of architectural drawings and construction documentation.
Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and industry standards.
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture.
Minimum 1+ year of experience in architectural drafting within the AEC industry.
Experience working on residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
