Role & responsibilities
Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN connectivity.
Ensure high availability and performance of hospital network systems.
Monitor network security, bandwidth usage, and system performance.
Configure and troubleshoot Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, MikroTik, or equivalent networking devices.
Maintain server rooms, racks, structured cabling, and data center infrastructure.
Support and maintain HIS, EMR/EHR, LIS, RIS, PACS, biometric, CCTV, IP phones, and other healthcare applications.
Supervise IT support staff and assign daily operational tasks.
Coordinate with external vendors for AMC, procurement, and technical support.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Preferred candidate profile
5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and network management.
Experience in hospital or healthcare IT workplace preferred.
