Restaurant: Manthan - The Veg Kitchen (Cloud Kitchen cum Restaurant)
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare North Indian vegetarian dishes with expertise in curries and main courses.
Create current vegetarian recipes and menu items.
Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
Manage stock and minimize food wastage.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chef C1 or Curry Chef.
Robust knowledge of North Indian vegetarian cuisine.
Ability to create creative vegetarian dishes.
Good teamwork and time management skills.
Willing to relocate to Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
