About Role:
We are looking for a energetic Person for Franchise expansion, to drive our company's growth. And you will be contribute your experience in driving corporate growth by onboarding new franchise partners in assigned market.

Designation:Sr. Executive Franchise Expansion

Exp: 2- 6 years

Education: Any UG or PG in MBA Marketing.

Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Finding potential franchise partners from the leads.
Cold Calling: Reaching out to the leads over the phone to introduce the opportunity and pitch the concept.
Field Visits: Meeting the prospects in person, and explain the oppurtunity, build trust, and conduct final discussions.
Conversion: Closing the deal and successfully onboarding them as official franchise partners.

Skills:
Valuable Communication in English and Hindi
Negotiation and Presentation skill

Preferred:
Immediate Joiner

Preferred Background: Edutech / Telcom / DSA (Loans, Credit Cards, Mutual funds, etc) / IT.
