Role & responsibilities
Manage and support the Learning Management System (LMS) and training activities.
Understand business and training requirements and assist in developing effective e-learning content.
Collaborate with teams to understand requirements and execute them effectively.
Explore and apply AI applications and emerging technologies to improve learning and training processes.

Preferred candidate profile
Excellent communication and robust understanding skills.
Knowledge or experience with LMS and e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline.
Strong willingness to learn, adapt and execute recent ideas and technologies.
Interest in AI applications and emerging tools with an eagerness to learn and implement them.
Proactive and a valuable team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
Experience in Corporate Training, L&D; or a related field is preferred.
Work from office Monday - Friday (5.30am - 2.30pm)Australia Shift Timings
