Estimation of Welding Consumable for Job.
Qualify multiple vendor/ supplier related to welding consumables.
Audit the shop for compliance & use of approved/qualified welding procedure & welder as per requirement of job.
To make repair procedures for fabrication if required.
Make UT/RT failure analysis and take preventive actions.
Provide training to shop supervisor & welders about code related to welding & trained Welders in multi process for multi skilling.
Plan improvement in welding processes and implement in coordination with team.
