Clinical Quality & Nursing Standards

Establish and monitor evidence-based nursing protocols, especially for:
CCU / ICU/ER/Triage/Wards/Cardiology, Gastrology, Nephrology departments.
Cathlab / Dialysis
OT / CT/MRI
Post-cardiac /nephro surgery recovery
Infection prevention
Ensure adherence to nursing best practices in cardiac care.
Nursing Manpower Planning

Plan optimum staffing levels for:
ICU / CCU/ER
Ward nursing
OT nursing
Emergency services





Manage nurse-patient ratios and skill mix.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Work with HR for:
Nurse hiring
Campus recruitment
Lateral hiring
Succession planning
Ensure timely closure of critical vacancies.
Training & Competency Development

Drive structured competency programs including:
BLS / ACLS
Code Blue drills
Emergency response
Ventilator care
Critical care certification

Develop nurse career progression pathways.
Patient Safety & Risk Management

Lead nursing participation in:
