Sales Manager Varanasi Division

Role & Responsibilities
Develop and expand the company’s sales and distribution network across Varanasi Division.
Appoint and manage Distributors, Dealers and Retailers in the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Identify recent market opportunities and generate recent business.
Recruit, train, motivate and manage the sales team.
Plan daily, weekly and monthly sales activities and market coverage.
Conduct regular market visits and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
Monitor primary and secondary sales, order booking and retail coverage.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
Implement company schemes, promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, products and market trends.
Prepare and submit regular sales and market performance reports to management.
Strengthen brand visibility and ensure sustainable business growth across the Varanasi Division.

Preferred Candidate Profile
3–7 years of experience in FMCG, Home Care, Consumer Products or related industries.
Strong experience in distributor/dealer appointment and channel development.
Good knowledge of the Varanasi Division market and retail distribution network.




Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Target-oriented, self-motivated and result-driven personality.
Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Hindi communication skills required; basic English knowledge preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp and digital sales reporting.
