Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement PLC ladder logic, function blocks, and structured text programs for automated machinery and industrial processes.
Develop intuitive HMI/SCADA interfaces using Siemens WinCC/TIA Portal, Mitsubishi GOT/GT Designer, and Delta DOPSoft.
Program and integrate major PLC platforms:
Siemens: S7-1200, S7-1500, S7-300/400 using TIA Portal and STEP 7.
Mitsubishi: FX Series, Q Series, iQ-R Series using GX Works2 / GX Works3.
Delta: DVP / AS / AH Series using ISPSoft or WPLSoft.
Configure industrial communication protocols such as Modbus (RTU/TCP), Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, and CC-Link.
Integrate VFDs, servo drives, sensors, encoders, and third-party instruments with control systems.
Perform complete factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), hardware loop testing, and in office commissioning.
Troubleshoot system faults, diagnose control panel hardware/wiring issues, and optimize existing automation code.
Prepare detailed documentation including functional design specifications (FDS), IO lists, control narratives, and user manuals.
