Job Opening: Showroom Manager - Building Materials, Interior Design Showroom

Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the showroom sales team.
Ensure excellent customer service and a professional shopping experience.
Assist customers in selecting building materials and provide product information.
Achieve monthly sales targets and drive business growth.
Monitor inventory, coordinate stock replenishment, and maintain product displays.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
Prepare sales reports and coordinate with management on showroom performance.
Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
Proven experience in showroom management, retail management, or sales (experience in building materials, hardware, windows,



tiles, or related industries is an advantage).
Spoken and written English is mandatory.:
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
