Key Responsibilities:
Provide mentorship and guidance to teaching and support staff




Foster positive teamwork and collaboration among team members
Lead and support staff to ensure smooth day-to-day centre operations
Ensure compliance with licensing requirements, health, and safety regulations at all times
Build and maintain positive partnerships with parents and stakeholders.

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE)
Diploma in Preschool Education Leadership (DPL)
At least 3 years of experience as a Childcare Centre Leader
Proven experience in managing administrative and operational functions in a preschool setting
Solid leadership, interpersonal, and people-management skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
