Role & responsibilities
nstall, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers.
Monitor server performance, uptime, storage, and system health.
Manage Windows/Linux servers and Active Directory setting.
Handle user account management, access permissions, and group policies.
Maintain hospital applications such as HIS, EMR, PACS, LIS, ERP, and database servers.
Perform server patching, upgrades, and security updates regularly.
Manage backup, restoration, and disaster recovery processes.
Configure and monitor virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, and network-related issues.
Monitor antivirus, endpoint security, and server security compliance.
Coordinate with vendors for AMC, server support, and hardware replacement.
Maintain documentation of server infrastructure and system configurations.
