Role & responsibilities
Verify the availability of relevant documents at processing area like, work instruction, Route cards, Product drawing, Control Plan, In process Inspection reports, First component approval report, etc.,
To ensure that proper identification and traceability requirements are maintain in the process and locations.
To ensure non-conformance parts identification and follow up until declare the rejection. And follow up 8D report for non-conformance parts.
To carry out Stage inspection report as per work instruction.
To ensure that all the inspection, measuring and testing equipment have necessary calibration stickers or month colour identification.
To maintain control charts for critical characteristic
To ensure the calibration of Jigs and fixtures etc.
Any abnormal in the production part raise the rework note and inform to Supervisor Quality and give to production.
Continuous improvements, Achieving quality objectives.
Any other responsibility / assignment given by HOD Quality.
