Eligibility Criteria
MBA or M.Com graduates (2026 Pass Outs)
Finance specialization/background preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willing to work in the Australian Shift
Comfortable working in a dynamic and rapid-paced setting

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and banking transactions through a semi-voice process
Perform financial data verification and documentation
Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all transactions




Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries
Deliver high-quality service within defined SLAs

Key Skills & Knowledge
Strong understanding of finance and banking fundamentals
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a process-driven environment
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Willingness to work in Australian shift timings
