Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented skilled to bridge the gap between our engineering team and non-technical stakeholders. The primary responsibility is to convert technical survey findings (quantitative & qualitative) into high-level presentations, generate comprehensive audit reports, and lead the narrative during closing meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Data Synthesis & Presentation (Crucial)
Receive draft query listing from site engineers regarding quantitative (measurements, material quantities, billing) and qualitative (workmanship, safety, compliance) findings.
Translate complex engineering data into (PowerPoint/Canva) for stakeholders (clients, senior management, finance teams).
Highlight risks, deviations, and key performance indicators in a simplified manner.
Audit Report Generation
Prepare detailed internal audit reports post-inspection,
ensuring alignment with contract specifications and industry standards.
Maintain a database of audit trails, non-conformities, and corrective action trackers.
Closing Meetings
Actively participate in project closing meetings.
Present audit findings and summaries to stakeholders.
Document minutes of meeting (MoM) and ensure sign-off on closure reports.
Coordination
Liaise between the engineering survey team and the client’s representative.
Ensure audit cycles are completed within defined turnaround times.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of internal audit of projects (mandatory).
Experience in construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects is highly preferred.
Education:
B.E./B. Tech (Civil) or Diploma in Civil Engineering + MBA (Project Management) is a plus.
