We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Career Advisor to join our staffing and recruitment team. The Career Advisor will be responsible for guiding job seekers throughout their job search process, understanding their career goals, and promoting our career services.

Roles & Responsibilities
Provide guidance on resume improvement, LinkedIn profile optimization, job search strategies, and interview preparation.
Stay updated on current job market trends and employment prospects.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust sales, counseling, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Previous experience in sales, career counseling, staffing, recruitment, or customer service is preferred.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, MS Office, and CRM tools.
Experience working with US staffing or the US job market will be an added advantage.
