Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles, with major focus on Blue Collar hiring.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and vendor networks.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage bulk hiring requirements for Manufacturing, Construction, Oil & Gas, Logistics, etc.
Maintain recruitment trackers and daily/weekly hiring reports.
Follow up with candidates for interview feedback, offers, and joining.
Support documentation, offer rollouts, and onboarding process.
Ensure hiring targets and timelines are met.
