Duties and Responsibilities

As Executive Assistant to General Manager, I will assume full responsibility for the productive operation in the following:- Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.- Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons- according to their needs.- Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.- Open, read, route and distribute incoming mail and other material, and prepare answers to routine letters.- Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.- Make copies of correspondence and other printed material.- Review work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensure that company
format policies are followed and recommend revisions.- Compose, type and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.- Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence,



and other material.- Keep confidentiality of all meetings and discussions that Executive Assistant is present.-
Assist all EC members in administrative functions when required- Attend meetings and training as required by supervisors.- Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.- Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.- Perform any additional tasks given to me by management.

Qualifications

To execute the position of Executive Assistant to General Manager, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least 1-year secretarial experience at a resort, hotel or similar setting.
Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
Fluent in English.
