Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Carry out routine electrical repair and maintenance work such as switches, sockets, lights, fans, wiring, MCBs, etc.
Attend to plumbing work including taps, pipelines, wash basins, toilets, leakage, drainage and fittings.
Handle basic carpentry work such as door, window, furniture, locks, hinges and minor repairs.
Carry out minor masonry/civil works including plastering, patchwork, drilling, tile repairs and other small repairs.
Identify maintenance issues and attend to them promptly.
Conduct regular inspection of classrooms, washrooms, corridors, offices and other school facilities.
Maintain tools, equipment and basic maintenance materials properly.
Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor/Admin team for major repairs.
Follow all school safety procedures while carrying out maintenance work.




Maintain cleanliness of the work area after completing repairs.
Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requirements.
ITI/technical qualification will be an advantage.
Hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and minor civil work.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve routine maintenance problems independently.
Positive knowledge of basic tools and safety practices.
Reliable, punctual and responsible.
Ability to work in a school setting with discipline and professionalism.
Prior experience in a school, hotel, residential complex, commercial building or similar institution will be preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
