We are looking for a skilled and responsible X-Ray Technician to join a multi-speciality hospital in Ankleshwar. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience operating X-Ray and radiology equipment and be committed to maintaining patient safety and quality imaging standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform X-Ray procedures as prescribed by doctors and radiologists.
Operate and maintain X-Ray and related radiology equipment safely and efficiently.
Position patients correctly to obtain explicit and accurate diagnostic images.
Follow established radiation safety protocols and ensure appropriate protective measures.
Explain procedures to patients and ensure their comfort and cooperation.
Maintain accurate patient records, imaging reports, and required documentation.
Follow hospital protocols for equipment handling, infection control, and workplace safety.
Report any equipment malfunction or technical issue to the appropriate department.
Requirements
Diploma in X-Ray Technology or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of relevant experience in a hospital or diagnostic centre.
Hands-on knowledge of X-Ray and radiology equipment.
Good understanding of radiation safety protocols.
Knowledge of patient positioning and handling procedures.
Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a hospital environment.
