Key Responsibilities
Handle procurement activities from inquiry to Purchase Order (PO) issuance.
Float RFQs and coordinate with suppliers.
Follow up with vendors for quotations, deliveries, and documentation.
Evaluate technical and commercial bids.
Compare quotations and negotiate pricing.
Ensure timely procurement of materials.
Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers.
Maintain procurement records and reports.
Materials to Handle
Experience in procurement of industrial items such as:
Fasteners
Gaskets
Glass components
O-Rings
Shaft Keys
Paints
Industrial Oils
Name Plates
Bearings
PTFE Items
Other engineering consumables
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
