Role & responsibilities
Discuss standard agreements of the Company with service providers and provide clarifications where necessary.
Liaison with all internal departments and legal counsels of service providers (domestic and overseas) to enable timely execution of agreements.
Update and maintain contract database on a regular basis and provide copies to internal agencies as per their requirements.
Legal research on various legal issues.
