Job overview and responsibilities

The Technical Operations Reliability team ensures United operates safely and dependably by analyzing aircraft defects and operational disruptions. The team monitors trends to notify maintenance and engineering teams of emerging issues and probable corrective actions.



The Associate Analyst will aim to provide accurate information and practical insights to help multiple divisions make better data-driven decisions.
Provide accurate and helpful data on time including, but not limited to, identifying ATA codes for tech ops interruptions, identifying component/ condition/ other details for system failures, identifying top system failures, supporting fleet reliability meetings
Regulatory reporting and operational support, including dispositioning chronic items
Tracking fleet trends and highlighting potential issues by performing operational drill-downs
Supporting ongoing reliability/fleet initiatives, ad-hoc requests and reporting needs
