Telecaller Visa Consultancy

Role & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients regarding visa and overseas opportunities.
Understand clients’ requirements and provide clear information about visa processes, eligibility, costs, documentation, timelines, and terms & conditions.
Explain available Work, Visitor, Business and other visa services professionally.
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp and maintain regular communication.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments with visa counsellors when required.
Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, follow-ups and lead status.
Build strong customer relationships and achieve assigned calling and conversion targets.
Ensure that all information shared with clients is accurate and aligned with company policies.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; additional languages are an advantage.
Good convincing, negotiation and customer-handling skills.




Prior experience in telecalling, sales, visa consultancy, immigration or overseas education is preferred.
Basic knowledge of visa processes and overseas services will be an advantage.
Comfortable explaining costs, procedures and terms & conditions to clients.
Target-oriented, confident and qualified with a positive attitude.
Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.
