This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing beautiful spaces, solving complex site challenges and are passionate about architecture, enjoy taking responsibility, and aspire to become a well-rounded architect capable of independently handling projects, this prospect is for you.

You will work on a diverse range of residential, hospitality, and interior projects while gaining exposure to both design and execution.

Experience: 4 to 5 Years of Practicing Architecture





Architectural Design & Planning
Develop creative architectural concepts and design solutions.
Prepare concept layouts, space planning, and design presentations.
Create architectural drawings in line with client requirements and project objectives.
Participate in design discussions and contribute creative solutions.

Working & Technical Drawings
Prepare detailed architectural working drawings.
Develop GFC (Valuable For Construction) drawings.
Prepare detailed construction and execution drawings.
Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and interior requirements.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all technical documentation.

BOQ & Quantity Estimation
Prepare detailed BOQs and material specifications.
Perform quantity take-offs from drawings.
Assist procurement and execution teams with material planning.
Evaluate materials, finishes, and product specifications.
