Market bench consultants to End Clients, Tier-1 Vendors, and Implementation Partners.
Source daily job requirements and submit suitable consultant profiles.
Build and maintain solid relationships with vendors and implementation partners.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with clients, vendors, and consultants until successful placement.
Generate new vendor leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Handle the complete Bench Sales lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
Utilize platforms such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Undergraduate or Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field will be preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.




Solid interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in the US Night Shift.
