I. Job Summary

The Analyst - OneStream XF is responsible for the administration, configuration, support, and enhancement of the OneStream platform, supporting financial consolidation, planning, and reporting processes.

II. Key Responsibilities
Application Support & Operations
Provide day-to-day support for the OneStream XF platform including issue resolution and service requests:
Monitor system performance, availability, and data processing:
Coordinate with OneStream support/vendor for escalations and fixes
Configuration & Development
Configure and maintain OneStream components including:
Business Rules (Finance/Extender):
Security setup:
Dimensions and metadata management:
Data sources and transformation rules:
Workflow channels and workflow profiles:
Forms, Cube Views, Dashboards, and Dashboard artifacts:
Data Management and Quick Views:
Translate business requirements into system design and technical solutions:
Perform impact analysis and implement enhancements aligned to business needs
Financial Processes Support
Support and enhance:




Financial Consolidation and Close processes:
Planning and forecasting models:
Align system configurations and calculations to business processes:
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Data Management & Reconciliation
Manage data loads, transformations, and validations:
Perform data reconciliation between OneStream and source systems (Oracle Fusion):
Ensure strict adherence to data governance and integrity standards
Release & Change Management
Support system releases, upgrades, and patches:
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support:
Ensure mínimal business disruption during deployments
Reporting & Analytics
Design and maintain:
Financial reports:
Dashboards and Cube Views:
Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests
Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business teams to gather requirements:
