Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom while ensuring adherence to established SOPs and operational standards.
Maintain high visual merchandising, cleanliness, and overall showroom presentation.
Ensure smooth store operations with a focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Sales & Business Performance:
Drive showroom sales and achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
Monitor key business metrics including conversion rates, customer retention, inventory turnover, and sales performance.




Develop and implement local sales initiatives to maximize footfall and business growth.
Execute promotional campaigns and support in-store marketing activities.

Financial Management:
Own the showroom P&L; and ensure optimal utilization of operational budgets.
Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability while identifying prospects to improve financial performance.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities.

Inventory & Operations Control:
Ensure accurate inventory management, stock reconciliation, and loss prevention.
Monitor inventory movement and optimize stock levels to improve inventory turnover.
Coordinate with supply chain and merchandising teams to maintain product availability.

Team Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and develop the showroom team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Set performance goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide coaching and mentoring.
