Role Description
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team and support the execution of retail projects.
This is a field-based, hands-on role involving extensive travel to project sites. We are looking for someone who enjoys being on site, understands construction and materials, and has a good eye for quality and detail.
What you will be doing
Conducting site surveys and taking accurate measurements
Visiting sites regularly during construction and fit-out
Checking workmanship, materials and finishes
Ensuring execution follows approved drawings and design intent
Coordinating with contractors, vendors and site teams
Identifying quality issues, deviations and execution problems
Preparing site reports with photographs and action points
Maintaining snag lists and following up on rectifications
Tracking site progress and highlighting delays or risks
Comfortable with regular site travels
Supporting remote site monitoring through photographs, videos and calls when required
What we are looking for
2–4 years of experience in retail interiors, commercial interiors, fit-outs or construction supervision
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or a related field
Good practical understanding of construction, materials and finishes
Ability to read and understand architectural/interior drawings
Positive site measurement and documentation skills
Solid eye for quality and attention to detail
