We are looking for experienced Virtual Relationship Managers / Telesales Executives to join our team. Candidates will handle leads provided by the company, interact with customers, understand their insurance requirements, and assist them with suitable insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle leads provided by the company.
Make outbound calls and interact with customers.
Understand customer requirements and explain suitable insurance products.
Follow up with customers and assist throughout the sales process.
Maintain positive customer relationships.
Achieve assigned sales objectives.
Eligibility
Minimum 6 months of telesales / insurance sales experience.
Positive verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
Candidates with insurance sales experience will be preferred.
