Academic Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Art lessons in accordance with the Cambridge curriculum.
Teach a wide range of artistic disciplines including:
Drawing
Painting
Sculpture
Printmaking
Mixed Media
Ceramics
Digital Art (where applicable)
Encourage creativity, experimentation, and individual artistic expression.
Develop students' observational, technical, and problem-solving skills.
Integrate elements of art history and visual culture into classroom instruction.
Differentiate instruction to meet the learning needs of all students.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning resources.

Assessment & Reporting
Design and conduct formative and summative assessments.
Evaluate students' practical work, sketchbooks, portfolios, and projects.
Maintain accurate records of student progress.
Prepare report cards and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
Support students in developing portfolios where applicable.

Classroom Management
Create a positive, secure,



and engaging classroom workplace.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of art materials and equipment.
Promote health and safety practices within the Art room.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Art studio.

Co-Curricular Responsibilities
Organize:

Competitions
Workshops
Creative clubs
School displays
Encourage student participation in local, national, and international art competitions.
Support school events through creative displays, stage decorations, and exhibitions.

Professional Responsibilities
Participate in staff meetings, curriculum planning, and career development programmes.
Collaborate with colleagues across departments for interdisciplinary learning.
Stay updated with Cambridge assessment requirements and best teaching practices.
Contribute positively to the overall development of the school community.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
