Eligibility

- Any Graduate from a recognized university.
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Candidates with relevant BPO/customer support experience can also apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills required.

Salary / CTC

- Fresher: 13 CTC
- 6 Months Experience: 13.5 CTC
- 1 Year & Above Experience: 14 CTC

WFH System RequirementsCandidates must have:

- Intel Core i5 processor or equivalent
- Windows 10 or above
- Minimum 8 GB RAM
- 50+ Mbps stable Wi-Fi/Internet speed
- A quiet and suitable workspace for handling voice calls
- Reliable internet connectivity throughout the shift

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through voice calls.
- Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, payments, and other process-related concerns.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions.




- Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
- Meet assigned productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
