About the Role

Ps brothers is seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead our online marketing, lead generation, and social media growth across all platforms.

This role is focused on driving real business results increasing memberships, generating qualified leads, and improving conversion rates through strategic digital marketing, paid advertising, and content execution.

You will manage all digital channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Business Profile, while also overseeing Meta Ads campaigns, CRM systems, automation workflows, and marketing funnels.

You will work closely with the Ps Brothers team in Australia, who will provide raw content (photos/videos) for you to edit, schedule, and publish.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

* Manage and grow our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat)

* Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across all platforms

* Develop content strategies aligned with brand goals and promotions

* Edit and repurpose gym footage into high-performing short-form content (Reels, TikToks, ads)

Paid Advertising & Lead Generation

* Create, manage, and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns

* Run performance-based lead generation campaigns focused on gym memberships

* Continuously test and improve ad creatives, audiences, and funnels

* Monitor cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and campaign ROI

CRM & Automation

* Manage leads using CRM

* Build and optimise sales funnels, pipelines,



and lead nurturing systems

* Set up email and SMS marketing campaigns

* Create automated follow-up sequences to convert leads into members

Content & Marketing Strategy

* Develop monthly content calendars and campaign strategies

* Align marketing efforts with promotions, offers, and membership drives

* Implement local SEO strategies and optimise Google Business Profile

* Improve customer journey from lead capture to membership conversion

Analytics & Reporting

* Track and report on campaign performance and marketing KPIs

* Analyse lead quality, conversion rates, and ad performance

* Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience

* Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management

* Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)

* Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Business Profile

* Robust background in lead generation and performance marketing

* Experience with CRM systems

* Knowledge of email and SMS marketing campaigns

* Experience building funnels, automation workflows, and lead nurturing systems

* Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools)

* Basic video editing skills for short-form content and ads

* Strong understanding of marketing analytics and reporting





Preferred Experience

* Qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or Business

* Experience in the fitness, gym, health, or wellness industry

* Experience working with remote teams and international clients

* Strong understanding of local SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation

* Experience improving lead-to-member conversion rates

* Experience managing high-volume lead generation campaigns
