Job Summary: Bayfield Food Ingredints Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a hands-on Inventory Executive to manage day-to-day stock operations at our warehouse/facility. This is an on-ground, physically active role requiring close coordination with warehouse staff, vendors, and the operations team to ensure accurate inventory records and smooth material flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock against purchase orders and delivery challans
- Physically count and reconcile inventory through regular stock audits and cycle counts
- Organize and arrange goods in designated storage areas for easy access and space optimization
- Maintain accurate stock registers, bin cards, and inventory management software entries
- Flag and report damaged, expired, or short-shipped goods immediately
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Monitor minimum stock levels and raise indent requests to avoid stockouts
- Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and categorization of all inventory items
- Maintain cleanliness, safety,
and orderliness of the storage/warehouse area
- Support periodic physical stock-taking and year-end inventory reconciliation
- Follow all safety protocols while handling equipment, machinery, or bulk goods
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or stores management
- Basic knowledge of inventory software/ERP systems (training provided if needed)
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet for extended periods
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for documentation
- Ability to work in shifts, if required
Preferred:
- Prior experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution setup
