Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Incharge with 12 15 years of hands-on experience in graphite machining operations. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing CNC/VMC/Conventional machining of graphite precision components, ensuring production targets while maintaining quality, safety, and delivery commitments.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and monitor daily production schedules.
- Allocate manpower and machine resources efficiently.
- Supervise and manage CNC, VMC Conventional machining operations for graphite component
- Ensure production targets are achieved.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and quality compliance of graphite parts.
- Maintain quality standards and reduce rejection, rework, and material wastage.
- Monitor machine utilization and productivity.
- Coordinate with PPC, QA, Stores, Maintenance, and Dispatch.
- Implement 5S and safety practices.
- Maintain production MIS reports and efficiency tracking.
- Lead and train operators in protected handling of graphite materials.
- Minimize downtime and process losses.




- Maintain strict dust control and housekeeping standards in graphite machining areas.
- Coordinate with CAD/CAM programmers for parts machining strategy.
- Ensure preventive maintenance of CNC/VMC machines.

Qualifications

- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with 12-15 years of experience.
- 6 10 years of machining industry (VMC/CNC/Conventional) experience.
- Minimum 3+ years experience specifically in graphite machining (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of tooling, feeds speeds for graphite material.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and 3D models
