We are hiring for Marketing Engineer/Sales-Coordinator

Location: Buttibori, Nagpur

Experience Required: 2+ years into order processing & contract management

Qualification Required: BE - Mechanical/Electrical

Role & Responsibilities:
Supervise and assist in the day-to-day order processing, Dispatch and execution for customers
Ensuring that all orders are correctly processed and verified before dispatch
Confirming product availability, stock levels, and customer requirements
Ensuring all required documentation (e.g., shipping labels, invoices, customs declarations) is prepared and accurate
Coordinating with the inventory team to ensure the correct products goods, or materials are available for dispatch
Collaborating with warehouse teams to schedule dispatches and optimize load planning
Communicating with internal teams, customers, and third-party logistics providers to confirm shipment details




Addressing any issues or problems that arise before dispatch, such as delays in inventory availability or shipping complications

Key Skills Required:
Experience of handling contracts & managing railway officials.
Proven experience in dispatch, billing & end to end order execution
Solid customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
