Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Product Marketing.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Web3, Blockchain, or DeFi marketing (mandatory).
Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, blockchain technology, DeFi, and crypto marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, Canva, and CRM tools.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience in a startup or high-growth workplace is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and business growth.
Plan and launch go-to-market (GTM) campaigns for new products, features, and ecosystem partnerships.
Execute marketing campaigns for Web3, Blockchain, and DeFi products across digital and community channels.
