Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) plant operations.
Monitor RO, MEE, ATFD and other ZLD process units.
Ensure smooth operation of pumps, valves, pipelines and related equipment.
Monitor plant parameters and maintain proper operating conditions.
Lead and allocate work to operators and technicians.
Identify operational issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Maintain daily operational logs, records and reports.
Ensure chemical handling, dosing and storage are carried out safely.
Monitor water recovery, reject generation and overall plant performance.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
Ensure compliance with ETP/ZLD operating procedures and safety requirements.
Maintain housekeeping and workplace safety standards.
Report plant performance, issues and abnormalities to management.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ZLD plant operations.
Valuable knowledge of RO, MEE, ATFD and ZLD processes.
Ability to supervise operators and manage shift activities.
Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of industrial safety and chemical handling.
Willingness to work in shifts as required.
