Key Responsibilities
Supervise the daily operations of the tailoring workshop.
Plan and allocate work to tailors, cutters, finishers, and helpers.
Monitor production schedules to ensure on-time completion of customer and bulk orders.
Inspect garments to ensure they meet company quality standards.
Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain stock of fabrics, trims, threads, and other workshop materials.
Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams regarding order status.
Train, mentor, and evaluate workshop staff.
Ensure proper maintenance and operation of sewing machines and workshop equipment.
Enforce workplace safety, cleanliness, and company policies.
Prepare daily and weekly production reports.
Control production costs and minimize material wastageRequired Skills:
Solid knowledge of garment construction and tailoring techniques.
