Handle end to end procurement of MEP materials, equipment and services for various EPC projects.
Source and finalize vendors after careful technical and financial evaluation.
Prepare and float RFQs and negotiate the best pricing with vendors/contractors.
Coordinate with projects, engineering and proposals team to understand the site requirement, BOQs, specifications and timelines.
Ensure timely deliveries in line with project schedules across multiple sites.
Maintain vendor database, rate contracts and long term supplier relationships.
Handle purchase orders, billing and documentation.
Track cost savings against budgets of each project in MIS.

Required Skills & Competencies:
Relevant experience of 3 to 4 years in the similar industry.




Solid knowledge of engineering goods, equipment and services especially in MEP, Water or any EPC sector.
Expertise in vendor negotiations and cost optimization.
Ability to manage procurement for multiple project site locations.
Willingness to travel for business work when required.

Qualification:
B.E/Dip. Mechanical/Electrical or relevant disciplines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
