Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute secure rigging and lifting operations.
Inspect slings, shackles, wire ropes, hooks, and other lifting equipment before use.
Attach and secure loads using appropriate rigging techniques.
Guide crane operators during lifting and positioning of heavy materials.
Ensure all lifting activities comply with safety standards and company procedures.
Identify potential hazards and take corrective actions before lifting operations.
Maintain rigging tools and equipment in positive working condition.
Work closely with site supervisors and other team members to complete lifting tasks safely.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Rigger in construction, manufacturing, heavy engineering,



or industrial projects.
Good knowledge of lifting equipment, load calculations, and rigging practices.
Ability to understand lifting plans and follow safety procedures.
Familiarity with hand signals and communication during crane operations.
Rigger certification is preferred.

Good teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to work in shifts if required.

Pay: ₹37,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
